Danica is currently looking to hire an Operations Support Coordinator. We are seeking a reliable, career-minded individual who is comfortable with change and looking to grow with us as a company. This is a permanent full-time position with opportunity for advancement.

Ideal start date: January 13th, 2020

• Daily review of open orders
• Investigating escalated errors
• Coordinating US and Canadian returns
• Investigating unauthorized returns
• Communicating with Danica's 3PL partner
• Coordinating trade show logistics
• Daily stock issues and receipts
• Assisting offsite support team

Must Have
• High degree of attention to detail
• Previous wholesale experience
• Advanced level of MS Office 2010 (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Experience in an Operations role (minimum 2 years)
